- All bookings are made directly with third-party providers. We DO NOT own or operate airlines, hotels, car rentals, or other travel services.
- Prices are displayed as provided by third-party suppliers and are subject to real-time changes.
- Payments are processed via third-party payment gateways; we do not store credit card details.
- All changes, cancellations, refunds, and inquiries must be handled directly with the third-party provider.
- Aircom Connect LLC is not responsible for any service disruptions, errors, or failures by third-party providers.
2.3 Limitation of Liability & Disclaimers
We do not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or availability of third-party services. We are not liable for flight cancellations, changes, delays, pricing errors, refund policies, or service failures by third-party partners. Users acknowledge that travel services are subject to the terms, conditions, and policies of the respective provider. We do not assume responsibility for losses, injuries, damages, or inconveniences resulting from third-party services.
2.4 Refund & Cancellation Policy
Aircom Connect LLC does not process refunds or cancellations directly. All refund or cancellation requests must be made directly with the service provider based on their policies. Our service fees are non-refundable, except in cases of technical errors attributable to our platform.
2.5 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These terms are governed by Florida law, with exclusive jurisdiction in Orlando, FL. Disputes will be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the applicable Arbitration Rules, and users waive class action rights.
